These policies allow us to maintain the highest service standards

and ensure fairness to every guest we serve.


Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling


We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.


• Less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee (up to 20% of the scheduled service)

• Missed appointments (no‑shows) may result in a

fee and may require a deposit or card on file for future bookings.


This allows us to respect the time of our service providers

and accommodate other guests waiting for appointments.


Service Deposits (3+ Hour Services)


Services booked for 3 hours or longer require a deposit to secure the appointment.


• Deposits are applied toward the final service total.

• Deposits are non‑refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

• Deposits may be transferred once if rescheduled with proper notice.


Service Adjustments


Hair services are customized and artistic.

While we do not offer refunds on completed services,

we are committed to guest satisfaction.


If you have concerns, please contact us within 7 days

so we can review and recommend an adjustment if appropriate.


Minor (Child & Teen) Services


For guests under 16, we strongly recommend parent

or guardian involvement in consultations.


If a minor attends without a parent present:

• Services are performed based on consultation and

photo references approved at the appointment.


• Major changes (bangs, large length removal, colour transformations, corrections)

may be declined without consent.


• If a parent later requests a different outcome,

it may be considered a new service rather than a correction.


Bangs, curtain bangs, and face framing require daily styling.

Colour services require maintenance such as toning and refreshing.


Retail Product Returns


• Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with receipt.

• Products must be must be unused due to hygiene standards.


Hair Tool Returns


• Hot tools may be exchanged within 30 days if defective with receipt and packaging.

• Manufacturer warranty applies after 30 days. Contact Manufacturer.


Final Sale Items


For hygiene and safety, the following are final sale:

• Brushes, combs, accessories

• Opened chemical products

• Clearance items

• Gift cards



Right to Refuse Service


The salon reserves the right to refuse or modify services if

hair integrity is compromised, consent is unclear, or safety concerns exist.

We also reserve the right to refuse if there is any verbal abuse ,

disrespectful language, or abusive behaviour of any kind toward our staff.
